HELP!! is this a LT1 thermostat or not????

I just ordered a Hypertech *160 t-stat from summit the other day, part number HYP-1005, and when i took out my old one they were different!! The old one sat fine on the water pump housing and now this new one from hypertech seems smaller and just "dropped" right in the water pump. It didnt even sit on the housing or nothing. Now im pretty sure but is it a wrong t-stat? When i search summit i did put all my specs, i.e. 94 camaro z28 5.7L. I want a *160 thermostat so does anyone know of a correct one that i can order?

You'de be better off using a lower temp switch for the fans. http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...4+115&x=41&y=7
