HELP>Delteq installed, but still have issue?

i installed the kit and my opti was giving my problems. so i installed a new opti and it slide right on no problems. put everything back toegther plug everything in and go to start it and it still acts up and has a hard time and won't turn over. all fuses are good-new battery installed. spark from coils is good. i ran a scan on it and this is what i got with the key in the run position.

Idle-3187
rpm-50
temp-78.8
manifold * 80.1
map sensor 4.70-4.72volts
Throttle sensor -.72-74volts
throttle angle 0%
Barometeric press-4.72volts
Left o2 167-171
right o2 457
blk learn cell 0%
left/right blk learn 128
left/right intergrator value 128
left inj pulse 0.0
inj pulse 0.0
maf sensor volts 0.0
ccp duty cycle 0.0
idle air meter -134 steps

open loop status. now does anyone see anything wrong that would keep my car from turning over and showing check gauges light on the dash? the scanner can't find any trouble codes??

You wont figure out a whole lot using a scanner unless you get the thing running.. unfortunately.

The check gauges light relates to oil pressure, engine temp, battery voltage when any of those on your instrument cluster are in the red.

Although you've got a few "units of measurement" incorrect, there's nothing there to keep it from starting. Looks like a problem with the left O2 sensor though. It should be reading close to 450mV, just like the right one. But that's not going to prevent it from starting.

Did any codes show up.... particularly 16 or 36?

Re: HELP>Delteq installed, but still have issue?

zero codes show up scanner says no trouble codes found since its not running, when the opti was acting up before the delteq install i never got any trouble codes. last fall i was racing he motor and a coolant leak occured from a hose and the car overheated in acouple seconds going 140mph which didn't help. now i replaced the temp gauge sensor and the needle on the dash still shows like too high. before it would always read 160-170, now it doesn't seem to want to go down from 220 or whats the slash right before read zone? like before the opti went out the car ran for 20mins outside on the driveway and the temp gauge never went down?

Sounds like you may have the wrong wires to the wrong cylinders. Double check your install maybe you mounted the Delteq incorrectly.

Did you purchase the coil pack new or get it from a junk yard. Were the coil's numbered or did you put the stickers on.

Can you take pictures of the set up.

ign systems, especialy the waste spark system of teh delteq) NEEDS to have correct system voltage. Hook the alt up, finish your install completly and see what happens. Your starving the ign system as well as teh PCM for the 12+ volts that it needs
