Help compute compersion ratio

Help compute compersion ratio

Help with computing compresion. This is the info I have...
stock heads that were milled .10s planing on using .29 impala
head gaskets, Stock bottom end.

Please help...

Need to know the combustion chamber volume. Are you sure about that .100? Or is that .010 (about 3 hairs)?

I don't think .100 is what you meant. With the .029 gasket and stock bottom end I get 11.25:1 static.

edit: miscalculation on my part... my spreadsheet defaults to 4.03 bore. Made the correction.

Thanks yes it is .010 again I've got the stock bottom end bore/stroke the same, valves are dished more than stock but again planing to use .029 gasket.

If it is 11.25:1 ratio wow that is a bit higher than I wanted, just in case in emergency etc I want to be able to put in reg gas. I want 11 to 10.5.

Question is the where do I need to be in head gasket to make the 10.5 or so comp ratio .035 then? I just don't have the graph to calculate it all.
