Help... Car lagging at acceleration no vaccum leaks new intake elbow

I found out that my car had two spark plug wires that were burnt by the passenger side header. I changed the wires and the plugs and its still holding back power. It runs good at idle but when i push the gas it seems as if it still has a misfire. There are no check engine lights present. I hope it isnt the optispark distributor that i have to change. I also need to pull the wire to see if the wires are sparking the plug because the connector boot on the optispark is hard to connect on that passenger side. I also have the Bosch Platinum fusion Spark plugs in there. People say those plugs causes misfires sometime.

I have run Bosch with no problems. Does the car backfire or die when warmed up? That's how mine was every time the opti failed.

I have found it easier to have a spare spark plug to just attach to the wires I pulled to see if it had spark.

Since this is a duplicate of this thread:

.... I'll close this one. In general, it's not a good idea to post the same problem in two different threads.
