I'm trying to install my #30 SVO's and running into a snag. The little grey retaining clips that hold the injectors to the rail wont snap onto my new injectors. There is 2 slits on the injectors that line up, but, you have to turn the injector sideways to get them to fit the slits. This puts them sidways on the rail and the connectors wont fit. Can I run with out them? Seems like once I get the rail bolted to the intake they should'nt move, right?? Help, all I need to do is get this damn intake on and I can fire up my new motor!!!!!

 

You cant use the clips. They're not necessary as the fuel rail will hold the injectors in place just fine by itself.
