Hello, Bryan Herter

I'm been trying to get a hold of you for about a week now. People on the board said they had "seen" you here a few days ago. I need to find out about my pcm, I sent it like 2 weeks ago and I've emailed a couple of times since then to get a status but I haven't gotten a reply. I'm getting desperate because my wife is threatening to cut off my b@lls if I don't get my car back on the road and return hers. Please let me know asap what's going on. Thanks, and by the way, you do great work.

why did you send him your entire PCM anyway? he can send files to your email which you reflash your PCM with.

You need to have the serial cable to connect from a laptop to your adsl port and , I believe, the right software package to load it .

Actually, he provides the flsh programs to use, but yes you need the cable. You SHOULD buy one anyway, they are very valueable in terms of diagnostics alone, logging is also a huge plus.

You're absolutely right, I will get one someday, but right now I jus t need to get my pcm back and as of today I haven't heard from him, no email, no nothing. I'm seriously getting pissed. Again, I know he does good work, and is highly regarded, but not answering emails from customers is not good business.

I met him when he did the dyno tune for my car in Nov. He really is a great guy, and not the type to scam. There has to be some reason why he hasn't contacted you. Just keep trying.

Just to let everyone know. Bryan did contact me. Apparently he was out due to inclement weather and he had misplaced my pcm, but he assured me that it is being reprogrammed at this moment and he will have it back to me by this weekend. My faith has been restored. Good customer service prevails at pcmforless, all is right with the world again. Thank Bryan, as always, you da man.
