Sounds like you lost your spark - maybe a bad connection to the opti or coil

Think it might be a bad Opti Crap?
I replaced the ignition control module, temp sensor and temp swich did IAC drill mod and replaced the IAC. Made a reference mark on the balencer for top dead center Hooked up timing light and it read 2 cylinders off. I think the opti is bad. Anyone heard anything good about the MSD, I heard bad stories at first. Did the bugs get worked out? Thanks

Right now, the GM opti is your best bet for reliability.

For the money OEM is the best option. If you are going to spend that kinda cash on an opticrap then go with the dynaspark over the MSD.
