the censers are o2 censers you definitely need the one before the cat the one after the cat you will not need but you might have a ses light on until you get a o2 simulator or program it out.i think on the 94's the y only has 1 cat. the other hoses on top are the smog air pump and you dont need to put them back on depending on your emissions in your state (you shoulded get a ses light for the air pump but i might be wrong) if they require you to have it connected( if they look at that part of the emissions.) also you may have to have cats on your duals depending on your states requirements.

Re: Headers an exhaust

what type of headers are you going to use. and how are you planning on installing them, because the long tube headers are not fun. how i did mine was lifted the motor and that was easy for me but still a pain. also watch out for the water temp censer on the drivers side head you will probably break it off you might want to pick one up and when you change it have the other one ready to go in as you take the old one out not much anti freeze will come out.

Are you talking about EGR/AIR or o2 sensors? It would help if your post was more readable.

Sensor

You have a pair of O2 sensors, one in each branch of the Y-pipe, before the single cat. You generally want to keep those, because the PCM uses them to control the A/F ratio. You could delete them by running an open loop tune, but I don't think you want to do that.

AIR and EGR connections can be deleted. As long as you have a good fuse in the AIR pump circuit, no code. But you will get a code if you delete the EGR vacuum solenoid, and another for the missing EGR flow. The codes can be eliminated by tuning them out.

Re: Headers an exhaust

You can get emission block off plates if the long tubes you have don't have emission provisions. You can also get a mail order tune to tune out those components so that your dash doesn't "lite up like a a tree."

I did not need to take the valve covers off for my long tubes (Pacesetters) and some long tubes don't require the steering column to be disconnected from the knuckle.
