Re: Header modify???

they look like hooker headers. if im not mistake the #1 pipe seperates from the rest of the header. the #1 tube is installed around the steering shaft after the rest of the header is installed. people put high temp silicone ( like permatex copper ) in the joint to seal it. i would buy a set of flanges and bolt up your y pipe. you ll destroy the coating if you weld to it and if you cut the flanges off you may have trouble getting a pipe to slip over.

Re: Header modify???

You'll need a set of collector reducers. Do those have 02 bungs ? Flowtech 10004: Exhaust Reducer 3-Bolt 3" Collecter Flange Inlet | JEGS
