What do you have to say about Golen's Engine Service out of Bedford MA? Worth the $$$ or not?

 

I tried to buy a throttle body from them off ebay. I emailed them 4 times requesting a total and how i could pay with no response, even though their auction stated they needed to be contacted within 24 hours of acution close. I emailed as soon as auction closed, then for 3 more days after. Soon, I got non paying bidder threats and negative feedback. When I told them I had emailed 4 times and had saved copies, they said they were out of the shop for a few days. I asked how that was my fault, and they said I should have known better than to bid when a holiday was coming up. The I left negative feedback and they disputed it and sent some very harsh emails.
Funny thing is, I won the auction for about $12. They had already relisted that night after auction end with a reserve now of $45.

My experience = They are a bunch of assclowns.
