HI,
i have gtp stage 2 heads. they have guide plates, but i'm buying the hotcam kit, the rockers in the kit are self aligning, which means i don't need them, if i'm correct, what must i change on the heads to fit these rockers.

just remove the guide plates

 

You can leave the guide plates in. I didn't think it'd matter, would it?

 

No you should make sure you remove the guideplates. If you dont the two may fight each other.

Just unscrew the rocker arm studs and take them off.
