use 1.6 ratio and use a roller. most people use alumnium LT-4 (same as crane 1.6 gold alumnium rockers). or comp cams.

Go steel if you can, Thier usually lighter and will outlive the aluminum roller rockers. The aluminum material may be lighter but they need to make it wider I think which causes them to be heavier.

Nothing wrong with a good set of aluminum roller rockers as long as you aren't using a stout spring (as in a solid lifter setup).

Anybody know typical HP gains for a set of good roller rockers? I am considering some also, I am thinking comp cams magnums like stated above.....little pricey but you get what you pay for

"Gains" always vary, so there isn't a concrete answer. Just know that there are "gains". Some from a reduction in friction, some from more accurate valve timing/lift as compared to stock stamped rockers.

Anything that helps reduce friction, accuracy, etc. is worth a gain. Don't get too hung up on numbers.

In regards to the "brand" question. I like Comp, Isky and Harland Sharp for stud mounts.
