that's not bad at all. you should be fine with comp stock replacements. the 230/236 lift is only .544/.556 with 1.6's so I don't think you'd run into too much valve float or 'upper RPM fall-out' How far do you want to run up the RPM's?

The CC306 has more lift than the 230/236. I wouldn't risk it you can get Comp R's used off this board sometimes for 125-150. Sell yours and buy the Comp R's. Why risk having to yank your intake again to put in Comp R's when for a few dollars more than the OEM's you can get the R's.

I've always heard any big cam/big spring set up you run, if you plan to turn it past 6k then ditch the OEMs. How many big cams do you try to keep under 6? not many, so you pretty much have to dump the OEM's. IMO.
