Is GM syncro mesh good for our M6's?

I'm kinda worried, I know synthetic is the last thing you want in your manual tranny since your syncros wear out faster, now I've been using GM syncro mesh for the last 1,000 k's which isn't much, but still it says on the bottle its part sythetic & this is the stuff GM recommends for our trannies, but our trannies say ATF ONLY on them.

Any thoughts on GM syncromesh stuff? & how many litres/quarts do you put into your tranny? GM manual says 2.5 litres, I put in 3 bottles which is about 3 there, but I heard you should keep filling until it starts comming out of the fill hole, but the stuff I pored out was about 2 litres, anythoughts?

Should I pore it out & go with something else? If so what should I use that will be good for the syncros aswell as being good on the gears.

LMK thanx guys.

I've never personally used it but what I can tell you is other T56 people do. I've never heard anyone complain about it. I believe it should be full to the bottom of the hole with the car sitting level ofcourse.

Well your right about the NO SYNTHETIC in our tranny's!

The syncromesh is supposed to be really good. Id use it if it was more readily avaliable and I didn't have to go dealer hopping to find it.. I just use regular NON SYNTHETIC valvoline dexron III/mercon in mine.

Supposedly that hondamesh tranny fluid is supposed to be good, but the hell with putting something HONDUH in my car
