fuel pump relay - where is it

ive looked on the driver's side fuse panel: nothing labeled fuel pump relay.

ive looked in the fuse box in the engine bay: again no fuel pump relay.

took off the plastic cover right beneath my stirring wheel to unveil all the eletrical connections, still couldnt find it.

can somebody inform me where it's located.

thanks,
dale

Thanks,

Also, if the relay is had failed, would you still be able to hear the pump wind down after turning the ignition off?

my thought would be no, you wouldnt here the pump.

The relay should be in the same place.

Heh, I have never heard one wind down. Are you sure it is the fuel pump you are hearing and maybe not the fans?
