Fuel Pump Relay, where is it at?

My fuel pump is not getting power and I cannot find the fuel pump relay.

Where is the fuel pump relay located?

Right next to your left foot - under the piece of trim that is a dead pedal in a manual car, don't know what it is in an auto car.

(It is in the same place for auto's)
