The intank harness is a Racetronix brand. The connector to the tank is a little loose, but still looks like it is making connection. I checked continuity of the wires and they were ok.

It looks like you would expect. Dirty buy intact. The wire looms are in place. I removed the intank plug and put multimeter on it while someone turned the key, and I got +12V

That's what I was meaning. Maybe I did not make that clear enough.
