Fuel pump bad?

I was driveing up to the atm today and being a retard I forgot there was a clutch and killed the motor. Well next time I tryed to start it, it wouldn't start. It would turn over then adventually it idled at about 300rpms. So I got to towed after 45 min of trying. The next day it started right up. Plugs, wires, coil and the fuel filter all have under 4k on them, its still on the original opti though after 96k. So is it the fuel pump?

A fuel pump can show correct fuel psi and still be dying.

My fuel pump held 44 psi with vac off idling, 38 psi normal. Revved fine and held fuel psi fine.

As soon as I got on it going down the road, it dropped down to 10 psi...not very good.

I just checked the fuel pressure and it came up to 6psi so that must be it.
