fuel pump???

fuel pump???

the car my friend and i are putting an LT-1 in is a 88 camaro with a 305 TBI.

what i want to know is will the fuel pump for that motor be stong enough for an LT-1?

http://www.racetronix.com/Racetronix..._Pump_Kit.html thats the link for the lt1 pump, 255lph is kinda over kill on a stocker motor, BUT when your doing mds having enough fuel is imperative.

Might as well be sure and get a fuel pump that you know will have the throughput you need. not sure if that stock fuel pump will get ya by...

I'd try a walbro 255. Either way I'd upgrade even if the pump is adequite, it's still really old and could give out at any time.
