hey guys car had bad stuttering,missing,replaced opti,new wires,coil runs alot better but still kinda like hiccuping under load,when i run low on fuel it gets very hard to start but finally doeswhat do you guys think? fuel pump?iam gettin a little frustrated if it is do i get the walbro 255? thank you all so very much and have a great day.

 

If it starts great with a full tank and then gets worse as the tanks gets below about half it is the fuel pump. I have the same problem.

 

before you buy a $100 pump it would be a good idea to put a $30 fuel pressure gauge on it and see if your actually losing fuel pressure or not. Otherwise your pretty much just guessing.
