Some people opt to save a few bucks and remove the factory fill bucket and some don't. If you want a pump that is a 'TRUE' PnP replacement for the factory unit then the Racetronix system is as good as it gets. Anything else will require modification or removal of factory components.

Alot of people have the Walbro, I'm sure it's fine. Hopefully someone else will chime in that's had experiences with one of them.

I went with the Racetronix pump. Go to my web page and you'll find a link to the install.

yeah, but i dont' mind doing the hard wiring and stuff, where do you find the walboro pump for $99?

err, on second thought, now that i read those links above, i just may go with the racetronix pump as well....interesting read. i figured they were just talking about a straining system to remove large particles from getting to the pump but i guess there is much more to it...

good post!!! thanks for the lesson!
