Fuel pressure regulator maybe no good...

I was messing around today under the hood and when I pressed on the schrader valve I got nothing...no squirts, no noice, no gas, etc. I thought fuel pump but that was replaced by a walbro 255lph intank last summer...I also took of the vaccuume line from the regulator and there was a SLIGHTEST smell of gas....Ive heard this is a sign of a bad regulator.

Ill get a pressure gauge on it in a day or two..

Anyway the car is hard to start and when I took off the intake to repair my intake leak last time the intake smelled of gas.

What do ya guys think?

There should be no gas getting in the vacuum line. Your test with the gauge should be helpful. Post back with your results.
