First, remove the vacuum line from the top of the FPR.
Then, release the clamp that holds the two fuel "hardlines" to the intake manifold. As I recall, the Torx screw that holds the clamp is facing down, toward the manifold, making it a bit difficult to get to.
After you release the hard lines, pull off the spring clip that holds the hardline in the side of the FPR. The tube should slide out of the FPR, and if I recall correctly, there should be an o-ring on the end of the tube.
Then use a T-27 bit to remove the single bolt that holds the FPR on the end of the driver's fuel rail. Twist the FPR back and forth slightly and pull back on it to remove it from the rail. There should be an o-ring on the part of the FPR that pushes into the rail, also.
