Fuel pressure issue...pump replacement??

My car starting cranking forever before it finally fires and not running well. I changed the fuel filter and I'm only getting about 10-15 psi on the fuel gauge at the rail when the key is on and when I use the prime wire. Once it fires it is only about 20-25 psi while idling. Shouldn't it be about 40-45 when key is on and 43 or 46 when idling? I'm thinking the pump is bad and I plan to do some engine work later on so I figure I will just go ahead and replace it with a 255lph in tank pump. Where is the best place to pick one up and which brand is everyone running?

Thanks!

Injuneer, can you replace the wiring without dropping the tank?
