Fuel Pressure

Just checked fuel pressure after odd stumble at different rpm's when getting into the throttle somewhat. With the key turned to on it was right at 40. At idle it was at 35-36. This is the first time the stumble happened but I have not checked the pressure before this so I dont know if it was ever any different. Any advice appreciated.

Stock is 37-38 at idle. You're a tad low, but not too bad. See how long it will hold pressure with the engine off. Prime it then let it sit. It should hold for a while.

Then you might have a leaky injector or a bad fuel pump check valve, to name a couple.
