ive been trying to find this forever. jacked up one wheel checked for play and all was good ... turned tire in normal rotation .. it doesnt really spin freely. so i turned it back and forth and heard the noise i hear while driving straight. a popping noise. i thought it was suspension related but now i think its the hub. took tire off to make sure it wasnt the rotor hitting the studs or the brake pad contacting its mount. it definately comes from the hub.compared it to my friends z and his does it too. not to the extent mine does and he has 110k on it. should a good hub assy. make any noise at all? or do they not spin freely?
