Had my car up in the air this weekend so i could get underneath it. Turns out my low idle tapping sound wasnt in the motor. the tensioner/idler pully was making it. I've saw a couple other posts about the same noise so it would be something good to check. I could put light pressure on the arm and the noise would go away. Guesss its time to replace it. Hope this helps spmeone else.

 

I also figured out my ABS and traction light were staying on. The connector behind the front left tire was shot. I replaced it and my christams tree looking dash cleared up.
