Flames shooting out the exhaust...

I have header mufflers running right off my LTs and when I stand on it and then let off the usual pops come from the pipes (glasspack header muffler after all) but from what I have been told it puts on quite a light show under the car with the popping and crackling.
Most people think this is way cool but I need to know if it is Ok.
Car runs great and I checked the fuel pressure today and it is within spec and my scan tool does not show up anything hinky so is it just the exhaust setup I have or do you think it something else?

With that short of pipe, when the pipes get heated up, you are likely to see some ignition of unspent fuel.

I guess you are the envy of all the fast and furious in Olathe.

Let me guess too, perhaps Santa Fe & Mur Len Rd?

I'd drive the 5 miles from my house just to see it...

My car shot flames out of the open headers to almost the rear wheels. Didnt seem to hurt the car one bit, though I did get some peoples toes that were standing next to the car.

I know that one quite well. Unfortunately my wife is taking a KS life insurance exam today and we'll probably be out celebrating tonight, however if I get time I'll swing by to see the flame thrower. Otherwise, next week!

I have a video of my car shooting flames (about 3 feet) out of the back of the car, yes, that's right, out the back...through the muffler and out the tailpipes. It's quite a site. If I knew how to put a video on here I would! Anyways my car has been doing it for the past year or so, I don't think it will cause any problems!!
