Firebird headlights?
Ok my car was broken into and the alarm went off so they cust the Red wire that goes to the little red Junction block on the firewall. Now i put the wire on temp so i could start and drive the car home. Well when i did this the the head light wont come up and they are on all the time. But very dim, the alt is charging good also. I checked all the fuses and relays for a blown one. Has any one ever heard of this, or know what i can check? Any help would be greatly appriciated

Typically when a headlight comes on but doesn't come it, it means that the raise/lower arm shaft is on the wrong side of the stop. This can happen when you pull the raise/lower arm shaft off to do the 180 rotate trick or install brass gears. But, since it sounds like you just got in your car and it did this, I'm mystified
You could check the headlight control module. That is the only thing I can think of that is common to both headlights and would prevent the doors from opening even when the lights are on. Make sure you have a good connection there and at your headlight motors. Check for corrosion in the motor connectors too... that sometimes causes the motor to not work but usually only one goes out when this happens.
