I recommend going true duals even over a mufflex just to try out, I'm certain the numbers will go up regardless of that fact that the mufflex flows a lot
, dunno something you could try as I see more power in that setup.
What was your air fuel? I found the best power arond 12.6-12.8 and 32-33* timing, if I ever go back I'll try backing off the timing even more

I thought about doing a cutout. Its only a 3.5" mufflex, not the 4". The car is lowered so i really couldnt get away with the true duals, but i think a cutout might fit nicely up in there. A/F Is between 12.3-12.6:1 and timing is i think like 39* in the upper RPM range while down low its retarded a bit to help beat the knock.

most have had better luck with 33 to 34 degrees with my stuff. Not sure if you tried this or not but if you get a chance, pull some timing up top and see what it does.
