The cooling fans are not turniong on when the car hits the temp. for them to turn on. The car was almost to 210 deg and nothing was happening. I checked the relay by swapping it with another so I guess that is not the problem, and I know the fans work b/c I have a fan switch for the track and the fan works when I throw the switch. Help... Please....

 

The fans won't turn on until you're well over 210. I think 224 is the stage 1 turn on temp.
(assuming you've got a stock set-up)

 

everything has been re-programmed when I did the cam swap the car has never gotten above 180 since all the peramiters were changed on the fans.

 

What temp do you have them programmed for? Got a scanner to look at what the PCM is seeing for temp? May be a temp sensor problem.

 

I can get a scanner on monday to check it out I had the SES light come on also, But I thought it was because I was running racing gas the night before and it might have thrown a code b/c of the lead in the gas. Could a bad sensor throw a code?
