Fan Temp Reprogramming

I already have a manual fan switch and I am getting ready to put a 160 deg thermostat in and I was wanting to know the cheapest way to reprogram the computer to lower fan temps?

Find a used Hypertech programmer for cheap. Not useful for much, but it will adjust the fan on/off temps (2 options other than stock) and correct for gears. Just make sure the original ower of the Hypertech returned his programming to stock, or it will not work on another vehicle.

I adjusted my fans for $35 and purchased the akm cables and used some programs off of the internet to make the changes. I have been logging and tuning my car for the last year and I think I am fairly close to what I want. If you want more information let me know and I can send you what I found.
