Talking Fan switch programing

i went to this website and checked out this fan switch programming for my fans to come on early would this be good for my car.my car does have to go thru an emissions test every year for registration,also would my SES light come on if i use this fan switch kit thank u everybody

If you want the fans to turn on and off at different temperatures, why not just have the PCM programmed with the temperatures you want? Definitely won't set a code that way. You should get a lower temp thermostat, to run at those temperatures.
