ok, first off i recently built a forged 383, using all brand new parts, and all new sensors on the engine.

i removed alot of stuff, all of the hvac system, abs, cruise, traction control.

after everything is finshed the key wont start the car ( wont trigger the starter) and the fans don't work anymore.

i had to manually wire the fans and a momentary switch for the starter.

everything seemed fine other than that.

i had all the emissions codes deleted

emissions time comes around, and NO codes are being thrown, and no ses light at all. yet it has failed 12 times for o2 sensors, o2 heaters, and catalyist being "not ready" the car has over 1600 miles on it, and i have never unhooked the battery or reset the computer.

any ideas?
