EWP Wiring Question.

I am installing my EWP and am a bit confused. I am an idiot when it comes to wiring. From this link

http://www.projecttransam.com/projects9.asp

He says he used a simple splice connector. Could someone show me what that is? A picture perhaps.

It should be gauge specific to what wire you want to splice into. A cheaper way, yet just as effective is to strip just a small piece of the wire bare that you want to splice into, spread the copper wires apart and insert the wire into the hole and wrap the inserted wire around the stripped/bare wire and then solder. Don't forget the shrink wrap which can be found at Radio Shack.

Yeah I've been looking for some of those and can't seem to find them anywhere. Where can you get them?

Autozone/Kragen/Checkers Etc. Go look in the electrical area and there is usually a box with 4-6 in it. The color of the plastic will tell you what guage wiring it is for (aside from the packaging). Keep the plastics the same color throughout the project and everything will fit well.
