You realize the pump only runs for two seconds when you turn the key? But you do not hear it do that?

Use the fuel pump prime connection to see if the pump will run. It bypasses the PCM/Security System interlock and the fuel pump relay:

You just need to supply 12V to the connector.

Did you click on the link in post #17. There is a picture of the prime connector, showing where it is located. Also shows that the wire color varies with the year of the car, which is why I keep asking for your basic vehicle info. Not all years of the LT1 are the same in every detail.
