Engine trouble !!!

Just did heads and cam on my car and i replaced the entire opti and my plugs fouled up so i replaced them and it seems to be happenin again and the car seems to be running rich and missing. I say this because its always popping for no reason out of the exhaust and that would explain the plug fouling. Im not sure where the missing is coming from though. Can anyone give me suggestions or ideas Thanks.
