Are the fans coming on at normal operation? Does it stumble at idle when you turn on the A/C and when coolant temp conditions are met? Are you using a manual fan switch? Is your PCM tuned?

Also, when did this problem start? Does it happen all of the time?

You've got a bad ground.

The fans turn on at the right temp. I have not tryed to turn on the a/c its not hooked up. and my computer is not tuned for the hot cam yet..

If it is a ground how do i start to go about that?

A voltage drop test would be the best, I start with the ground that the fan and the PCM uses.

Check the voltage across the battery with the engine running. should be 14 or higher. Then turn on all the lights, rear defogger and the inside cabin fan. See that the voltage does not get below 12.6 volts.

Your idle is probably not right, since you have not retuned for the Hot cam. This, coupled with the extra drag from the alternator when the fans kick on, may be causing your problem.

Does the car run fine for the first few minutes after a cold start and then stumbles when the fans turn on?
