Engine oil priming problem.
Ok so I am trying to prime the new engine. But I am not getting oil up to the cylinder heads. Maybe I am doing somthing wrong. If sombody could point me in the right direction that would be great.

How are you priming it...using a drill and a priming tool? If so:
1) don't expect oil to gush out of anywhere...the rockers could be lined up just right with the pushrods that you won't see much oil.
2) do you register pressure on the dash gauge? Even if using a priming tool, you can use the dash gauge by simply turning the ignition on without starting the engine.
3) Did you replace the pushrods and, if so, did you clean them before installation? Sometimes they are full of machining gunk...it's always a good idea to wash them first.
Good luck....
