Your local Chevy dealer can run and print a complete build-list for your car using the VIN.

What are you hoping to find out of the vin? The engine code is the 8th digit, and all it will tell you is what engine it came with stock. S is the 3.4L, K is 3.8L, and P is 5.7L. If you are looking for specifics, the RPO codes will tell you.

Every option on your car is identified by a 3-character Regular Production Option code. You will find a build tag in your glove box, console or on the end of the driver's door that lists all the "options". There are websites you can go to to decode the RPO codes.

Your VIN isn't going to tell you much of anything. You have a Z28, so you have the 275HP/325 lb-ft rated 350 cubic inch LT1 engine. Its the only engine installed in the 93 Z28's.

Check out this website:

They are the alpha-numeric codes found in the glovebox or door jamb.
