Emissions

I had to get my car inspected today in Delaware and it failed the Low HC (ppm) it was a 456 and the limit is 220 i was wondering what the reasoning for this could be?? only mods are a BBK 52mm throttle body and a cold air intake

What did the other things look like.... CO and NOx? Running rich will cause high HC's, and also high CO. A leaky injector will cause high HC, but not affect CO as much.

Might want to add a "signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, trans. You'll get better answers that way.

Update for my car, Delaware = Aholes, well the car started out on the HC at 5400 with no cats, then i put a plate by the muffler, and brought it down to 4300, then i put the stock fuel pressure reg on changed the fuel injector o rings
spark plug wires pcv and brought it down to 3600, Now today was Test 4 my EGR Soli. was not hook up it was just hook up straight to the intake. here are the readings

HC (PPM) C0 (%) CO (%) + C02 (%)
LOW 827 LIMIT 220 LOW 0.4 LIMIT 1.20 LOW 9.5
HIGH 1150 LIMIT 220 HIGH 0.65 LIMIT 1.20 HIGH 11.68

I am getting a code 44.(left 02 sensor lean) Thinking it is a false lean code, the egr tube going to the header had a small leak in it and now it is fixed before the last test, also i do have 10mm tylor wires that have some ware on them, thinking about going to get a set of stock wires, think that would help anything? The car does not seem like it is mis firing or anything.

The right and left St are 128 and the Right LT is 130 But the Left LF is 160. What could be causing this?

The car has one new 02 sensor it has a high flow cat on it now and here is the data log also

Are you saying the car doesn't have a catalytic converter(s)? If so, I doubt it will pass in any state that uses the tailpipe sniffer without a cat.

Today i passed and this should work for anyone that is having a problem passing as i did took 5 times, First i bought 2 cans a sea foam and put that in the gas tank, Second i came up with this to stop to flow of air, What it's a block off plate that i drilled holes in and a DPS 3" cone insert. and 3 pads of steel wool one before the plate and 2 inside the cone. My cat back is the hooker aero chamber so i could unbolt it before the muffler, here were the number before and after
BEFORE
HC (PPM) C0 (%) CO (%) + C02 (%)
LOW 827 LIMIT 220 LOW 0.4 LIMIT 1.20 LOW 9.5
HIGH 1150 LIMIT 220 HIGH 0.65 LIMIT 1.20 HIGH 11.68

AFTER
HC (PPM) C0 (%) CO (%) + C02 (%)
LOW 8 LIMIT 220 LOW 0.04 LIMIT 1.20
HIGH 71 LIMIT 220 HIGH 0.15 LIMIT 1.20
