EGR Vavle...Can i clean it?

Ok, Instead of going the distance to remove the EGR valve completely i think i will just try to rebuild or clean it up.

What is recommended for this procedure?

And what do i clean it with?

You have to take it off to clean it. You can use carb cleaner. You will also need a new gasket, in case the old one rips.
