E-Cutout

Ive heard and read a few articles on E-Cutout, but can someone tell me what exactly it is, how it works, the setup, the general stuff! Thanks

The DMH cutout is on a group buy right now. But i think only till tomarrow. I recieved mine today and will be installing it thursday.
