Does anyone have a DMH Performance E-cutout if so can you please tell me what kind of nuts it uses to lock it in with the cutout.

I had to get a replacement e-cutout (I broke mine) I sent it back with the nuts but he did not send them back to me and he has not gotten back to me in the past 2 weeks. So I figured I would just go pick up some at a parts store but I do not know the type or size.
