given i have a vert, but my raceweight is 3540 with me in it. i set my valve lash with the motor running warmed up, adjusted each rocker one at a time, backed it off until it clacked loud and squirted oil everywhere, hand tightened the rocker until it stopped clacking (pretty much hand tight) the i added 1/8 turn and then i lock the nut, maybe i should have just went hand tight then locked the nut?

i will check my fuel pressure at wot at 6500 and see if it drops.
you leave the vacuum line unplugged during the WOT run correct?

i still have stock injectors, fuel pump, throttle body.

Nice #'s. My numbers in the sig with one size bigger cam and a tune that had me @ 10:1, which I leaned out with the regulator. I made 368rwhp with 10:1 and leaned it to 383rwhp.

I don't see any reason why he couldn't pick up at least 20 rwhp with a good dyno tune. The car is running way too lean up top and it costing him quite a bit of power. That coupled with other little changes to the tune (ie, timing), I think a 20 rwhp gain is attainable. 30 rwhp is obviously the high side. I know I gained a solid 2 mph just by richening the pcmforless tune up....not even a dyno tune.

Your killing your et's with that 2.5 60ft. Get some drag radials and you will see at least 1.9's or better. Get a custom tune also, that will address any issues you have. The worst thing you can do is start changing things without maximizing what you have first. Changing the cam will still need a custom tune. I'm sure you have more in your combo.

QCKZ28 those are some good numbers for a A4 especially with a pcmforless tune. Get your 60ft's down to a 1.7-1.8 and you will see low to mid 12's and you mph will go up. I ran my times with a slipping clutch on Mt Et streets. I ported my heads myself and still have the stock 1.5 rockers.
