I know you are awaiting with baited breath for my failure. That's all fine and good. I have absolutely NO idea how well my combo is going to do since I'm using heads that should be for a 383 with a LPE 211/219 cam. If it runs 13's... oh well.. back to the drawing board.
Anything else you'd like to bring up and bicker about?

You say you don't think it's not impossible, but are asking for proof. That's not confusing or anything.
You aren't going to see anything more than what's already been posted before. As discussed in GREAT length before on another extremely popular thread, there aren't a lot of LT1 f-bodys out there anymore that'll swing what SpeedDemon and Javier have done. Five or more years ago their cars were pulling average mph just like the GTP heads/306 cam combos.
I believe an average LT1 stroker with the average heads/cam combo should be pulling between 410 and 420rwhp on the dyno with 400+ torque. However it should also be pulling much better MPH than 110. Hopefully the driving, gearing, grannyshifting and whatever other excuse used will make that happen.

What is the intake cc on the 350 c/i heads and 383 c/i heads?

You guys are talking like 120+ is common for cars like the ones we're talking about. That's the only point I'm debating. I've seen several people come in here and try to argue against me, using their 118-119mph cars as evidence, when in fact those cars support my point.

The only thing I can offer you is a once good friend of mine, Mark Wilgus who used to post here and on some local TX f-body e-mail lists had a '96 Z28 with a MTI 383, GTP LT1 ported heads, 306 cam, stock weight, stock gears, Pep Boys "H" rated Futura tires turned a 12.0 @ 120mph. It dynoed 415rwhp and 400rwtq with a horrible DFI tune that would spit out raw fuel at idle. This was in 1997.
That's all I can give you. Choose not to believe it and that's all fine and dandy. My argument is simply with the rwhp supplied with the orignal posters car it should be significantly faster even with the problems at the track.

I'll let you know when I can get on my computer and get the numbers.

I believe it.

Well, I agree with that. 110mph is ridiculous. My 325rwhp car (3546 raceweight) ran 108.9; 95hp should be enough for way more than 1.1mph.

Once he stops granny shifting, and gets whatever other bugs worked out, I'd expect to see about 119mph.

Then you should not have included full weight cars in the "high teens" in your post...

Although if you don't see the potential in my car to pick up 1-2 MPH you're pretty damn blind...

Go back and re-read all of my posts in this thread, and come back and let me know if you still think I've been arguing that such a car couldn't trap 119. Only in my very first post did it sound like that, and I clarified in my second post in this thread.

Of course there's potential, but you'd most likely have to add horsepower to do it.

Very little.. probably just the TB to be honest.

LT1's vary about 2-3 MPH depending on weather conditions.....
