Door Fuse Panel Loc/Value Guide?

Door Fuse Panel Loc/Value Guide?
I've done some searching and can't seem to find one. But I've lost the lid to my fuse panel on my 97 Z28 that has the fuse locations and values on it. Could someone point me in the right direction? I checked shoebox's site and couldn't find anything there either.
