Does this sound like a computer problem?

Ok, When i drive my car and cruise at about 50mph down hill it will shift in and out of i believe 4th and 3rd gear fairly rapidly.

So would this be a computer malfunction?

Thanks

It may just be shifting in and out of lock-up (lock-up torque converter). Around 45-50 is when this usually happens.

So far i have 85000 miles on the car. Im sure the tranny is the same.

So what would i have to do to fix this problem?

Also I only seem to notice it while in the morning when the engine is still cold and i am cruising down hill around 40-60 mph.

When the engine is warm and i am cruising around at about 50mph it doesnt seem to do it.
