Does this sound like a bad computer?

For the past few days when I have been turning on the car when its cold, it will idle really rough, then after I drive for about 30 seconds, it evens out and is fine.
Also I have been smelling gas in the car after i turn it off, and my Scanmaster has been showing the LP and RP(Pulse Width) have been very low under WOT. They idle at about 1.5 like they should...but under WOT, only go up to about 9.6 when they are supposed to go up to 15.

Could that be a bad computer, or does it sound like something else? I replaced the plugs and wires already(well all but one plug, I still cant get it out), and the opti prolly has about 20k miles.

Oh yea, does temperature make the car act weird..like if I turn off the car when its warm, and then it cools down like 20 degrees or more(florida)...could that make the computer have to re-adjust and run rough?
I could see this happeneing, but the temperature doesnt always change that much...sometimes it still happens with only a few degrees difference, which shouldnt happen.

Thanks

Um....the owner before me replaced the O2's...but I think he said it could be time to replace. But under WOT, I thought the O2's didnt have any effect because of open loop. Perhaps the O2's are why its running rough and smells like gas, but isnt the cause of the low PW's? Or maybe im thinking of something else....
Thanks for the reply....any other ideas before I spend some money on O2's?

youll wanna take a look at the BLMs and not the injector pulsewidths. 128 is optimal.. .anything above 128 is the computer adding fuel b/c the O2s read too much oxygen(lean condition) and anything under 128 is the computer pulling fuel b/c the O2s read too little oxygen(rich condition)... in a nut shell. just read thru the scanmaster and write down the right and left BLMs and the cell that corrisponds to them whenever you can.. the more cells you record, the easier it will be to determine what needs to done.

Ill take a look at the cells...but I know for a fact that the BLM's are perfect. 128 at idle, go up and down a bit under different acceleration..and 128 when crusing.
