Does this Replace the Balancer Pulley?

I was looking on a website and I found this pulley Im not familar with underdrive pulleys, so I figured I would ask on here. Here is all the info that it gives me.

BBK Performance 1591

LT-1 UNDERDRIVE PULLEY

Or I also found this one.

March Power & Amp Series Underdrive Crank Pulley w/ Overdrive Alternator Pulley, 1993-1997 LT1 F-body, 1994-1996 Impala SS

My stock balancer pulley got bent, so Im looking for something to replace it.

I see from your signature that you're running an ATI blower. Not sure with that system, but my Vortech blower crank pulley uses a modified stock crank pulley (face ground down to accept the blower pulley). Might want to check with ATI about crank pulley requirements.

ATI uses the stock pulley with a spacer. No modifications are needed to the pulley.

the stock pulley is also the balancer. I had to bolt my under drive pulley between my balancer and hub

ASP makes an integrated damper/UDpulley that fully replaces the stock damper/pulley.

Just curious.... why would you put a U/D pulley on a blower car? It would seem the HP gain is miniscule.
